Clinical nutrition looks at how food and lifestyle habits influence how your body functions and how you feel day to day.

  • Create simple, personalised nutrition and lifestyle strategies to suit you

  • Monitor your progress and adjust as needed

Before your first appointment
After booking, you’ll receive a short online health questionnaire. Please complete this before your consultation so I can understand your health history ahead of time. This helps us make the most of your session and focus on what matters most to you.

    We’ll take a detailed look at your health, including your symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition, and goals. This helps identify what may be contributing and where to focus.

    After your appointment, I’ll create a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan tailored to you.

    Available online or in-person.

    In this session, we’ll go through your personalised plan together so you feel clear and confident moving forward. We’ll talk through your recommendations, answer any questions, and make sure everything feels realistic and sustainable for you.

    An extra support session to check in on your progress, troubleshoot challenges, and make adjustments to your plan where needed.

Nutrition can feel confusing and overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be!

After dealing with my own health challenges, including endometriosis, fatigue, and migraines following a concussion, I found that the usual “healthy eating” advice wasn’t enough.

That’s what led me to dive deeper into understanding how the body actually works, and how nutrition and lifestyle changes can be used to shape our health in a simple and practical way.

Once I started fueling my body properly, everything began to improve. My journey taught me that improving your health doesn’t need to be complicated — it just needs to be done properly.

Now, my approach is simple: clear nutrition that fits into real life, without unnecessary restriction.
